Holidays and Observances in the month of March

When I first started this blog, one of the things I had planned to do was to show off what holidays and special occasions that were going to be happening in the coming month, for instance, the month of March. Well, I want to try and get back to that as it’s a great way come up with ideas to write about. So, this is a list things going on in the month of March 2008.

Please note that this is only a small portion of all the things going on during the month. Some months have very little going on, while others have a lot of different celebrations going on.

March 2nd-Mothering Sunday (England). This is England’s version of Mother’s Day and is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent.

And there you go. A list of events, holidays, and observances for the month of March 2008. As I said above, this is only some of the things going on for the whole month.
