Upcoming Book Events
Hey kids, I’m back. Did you miss me??? I didn’t think so. Anyway, I do apologize for not being around before this. I’ve been working on a lot of new endeavors and have even gone and started a whole new blog. I know, I need another blog like I need a hole in my head but I couldn’t resist. It’s free and it’s through a blogging platform that I’ve been a member of for several years. I do blogs like most women do shoes. LOLOLOL
Anyway, I wanted to get over here and let everyone know about some upcoming book giveaway events. These are all hosted via Kathy from I’m a Reader, Not A Writer. This lady has some killer book events coming up and I can’t hardly wait to get started. She’s just finished one a few days ago and I was very disappointed that my normal life got in the way and I wasn’t able to attend. But I will be doing a few of these others she’s got going on. Let’s check them out, shall we????
This first one is called the A Blogtastic Extravaganza. And though I don’t think Kathy is hosting this one, she is way involved and is giving away a total of 10 packages. That means 10 people will be very happy with her in a few days. This giveaway runs from today, 1/18/2011 and will end on 1/22/2011 at 11:59 PST.
After this one, there will be a monthly event through April (so far). Here they are, including their pretty little buttons that Kathy has so lovingly put together.

Monday’s Muse Meet & Greet
Hey Kids,
First of all, Happy late Halloween. I’ve been a little off my game since I finished up doing all those sites for the Spooktacular Book Blog Giveaway. But I had fun and that’s all that’s necessary. The down side is that I didn’t get a post done yesterday and broke my almost 3 month streak. I hadn’t missed a post since before the 1st of August. But guess what, the world didn’t come to an end. LOL.
I’ve started my own blog hop/meet & greet and I’m inviting all book bloggers, writers, wanna-be writers, poets, or anyone who has a blog that they use for anything that has to do with writing. I want to help bring together a wonderful community of like-minded people. I’ve been a writer since I can remember. I’ve been writing stories, poetry, notes, whatever. As long as I was writing something, my life was a happy one.
Please join along as I work to bring together the people who keep imaginations flowing, and those that express whether or not those stories should be told. Simply add the button to your blog or site, add your site to the link up below and check out any of the other sites involved. This is a very new idea, so right now there aren’t very many sites on the list. So, helping to spread the word would be greatly appreciated.

Hey kids, I just found a neat little blog hop hosted by Three P’s In A Pod. I don’t think it’s been going on for long, but I still had to give it a shot.
