Hey Matt!

Excellent question. The organization consists of pre-established dot Com blog sites where bloggers can take an assignment contract on being the contributing author.

What makes BAO stand out and above anyother organization with a similar business model, is the simple fact that members bring their own monetization. Meaning, if you have a Google Adsense account and want to make money online using Adsense, you can search for projects that allow for authors to use their own Google Adsense accounts.

BAO has over 100 writing projects available at the moment. These numbers will increase largley over time. The projects are diverse, meaning if there are members who would like to use their Amazon Associates account they can choose projects that accept this type of monetization as well.

Overall the projects all use a mixture of the most common and successful make money online programs such as, Text-Link-Ads, ReviewMe.com, Commission Junction, and more. Thanks again for your question, please visit www.blogauthors.org for more details.

Congratulations on your new venture!

I'm a little curious though, perhaps I simply misunderstood part of the concept behind the site here. Is the concept to allow authors to publish articles on BlogAuthors, or is BlogAuthors intended to be a location where bloggers can find writers for their own blogs? Or is it something else altogether that I just misunderstood? :)
